Tisdagen den 3 mars låter vi en specialist besiktiga betongen kring balkongerna. Arbetet utförs helt utifrån med hjälp av lift och beräknas starta strax före kl. 08:00.
Har du inglasad balkong?
Lämna gärna ett fönster öppet så att inspektörerna kan nå ytan.
Har du lös trall (ej platsbyggd)?
Vi ber dig ta bort ungefär 1 m² så att betongen under går att undersöka.
Observera att detta är en stickprovskontroll
Det innebär att inte alla balkonger kommer att provas, även om du har förberett din. Vi uppskattar ändå att alla som kan förbereder sig, så att arbetet flyter på smidigt.

Dear neighbours,
On Tuesday March 3, a specialist firm will inspect the concrete around the balconies. The work is carried out entirely from the outside using a lift and is expected to start shortly before 8:00 AM.
Do you have a balcony with glass?
Please leave one window open so the inspectors can access the surface.
Do you have removable decking (not built-in)?
We ask that you remove roughly 1 m² so the concrete underneath can be examined.
Please note that this is a random sample inspection
Not every balcony will be tested, even if you have prepared yours. We still appreciate everyone’s help so the work can proceed smoothly.
