Kära boende,
När föreningen införskaffade ett bricksystem försågs samtliga boende med tre st brickor. Somliga av er kan ha köpt fler, andra kanske har färre från den förra ägaren av lägenheten.
Sedan systemet sattes in har fd. styrelser inte fört en önskvärd dokumentation över vilka som har brickor och vilka brickor som bör avaktiveras – därför har vi nu beslutat oss för att påbörja en noga dokumentering och detta kräver en återställning av samtliga brickor. Vi har vridit och vänt på det och kommit fram till att det enklaste sättet är att vi skrotar samtliga brickor som någonsin haft tillgång till huset och börjar på ny kula. Därför kommer ni inom kort att få kvittera ut tre nya brickor och era gamla kommer att sluta fungera.
De gamla brickorna kommer sluta fungera den 31/1-2022 och de nya kommer fungera från 15/1-2022. Datum för att hämta ut nya nycklar i styrelserummet på -2 är:
Tisdag 28/12: 18.00-19.00
Onsdag 29/12: 18.00-19.00
Torsdag 30/12: 18.00-19.00
Tisdag 4/1: 18.00-19.00
Lördag 8/1: 11.00-11.30

Dear residents,
When the association acquired a smart key system, all residents were provided with three smart keys. Some of you may have bought more, others may have fewer because the previous owner of the apartment lost one.
Since the system was put in place, the former boards have not provided a desirable documentation of who has smart keys and which smart keys should be deactivated – that is why we have now decided to create said documentation and this requires reactivation of all smart keys. We have twisted and turned it around and come to the conclusion that the easiest way is for us to scrap all the smart keys that have ever had access to the house and start with a clean slate. Therefore, you will soon be able to pick up three new smart keys and your old ones will stop working.
The old smart keys will stop working on the 31/1-2022 and the new ones will work from 15/1-2022. You can pick up new smart tags in the boardroom (-2 next to the laundry room) on the following dates:
Tuesday 28/12: 18.00-19.00
Wednesday 29/12: 18.00-19.00
Thursday 30/12: 18.00-19.00
Tuesday 4/1: 18.00-19.00
Saturday 8/1: 11.00-11.30
