Kära boende,
Under vecka 26-28 kommer föreningen, genom vår entreprenör Pipe-Mark, att byta ut samtliga ventiler på radiatorerna i fastigheten.
Varför gör vi detta?
Vi gör detta för att ventilerna är gamla och behöver bytas ut. Styrelsen hoppas kunna spara föreningen pengar genom att efter bytet hålla värmen i huset på en jämn nivå, så boende slipper sova med öppna fönster på vintern för att de får för varmt i t.ex sovrummen. Genom att byta ventilerna kommer vi kunna reglera tempereturerna centralt och sänka våra värmekostnader.
Vad innebär detta för mig som boende?
Det innebär att Pipe-mark kommer avisera dig i god tid innan de behöver tillträde till er lägenhet för själva bytet. Bytet tar högst en timme och de kommer göra två besök i varje lägenhet, ett för bytet och sedan ett för att lufta elementen. Du som boende måste lämna tillträde till Pipe-mark antingen genom att vara hemma själv eller genom att lämna nycklar.
Vad ska jag göra nu?
Detta är bara en första information, vi vill ge er goda möjligheter att planera eventuella semestrar och nyckelöverlämningar. När ni väl fått en mer exakt tid av Pipe-mark kommer ni få kontaktuppgifter till dem så ni kan boka om tiden ifall den inte passar. Vet ni redan nu att ni inte är hemma v. 26-28? Dear residents,
During week 26-28, the association, via our contractor Pipe-Mark, will replace all valves on the radiators in the property.
Why are we doing this?
We do this because the valves are old and need to be replaced. The board hopes to save money by keeping the heat in the house on an even level after the change, so residents don’t have to sleep with open windows in winter. By changing the valves, we will be able to regulate the temperetures centrally and lower our heating costs.
What does this mean for me as a resident?
This means that Pipe-Mark will notify you well in advance before they need access to your apartment for the actual replacement. The change takes no more than an hour and they will make two visits to each apartment, one for the exchange and then one to aerate the radiators. You as a resident must grant access to Pipe-Mark – either by being at home yourself or by leaving keys.
What am I supposed to do now?
This is just a first information, we want to give you a opportunitie to plan any holidays and key handovers. Once you recive a more accurate time from Pipe-mark, you will receive contact details aswell so you can reschedule the time if it does not fit. Do you already know you’re not home v. 26-28?
